ingredients

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 300g sliced white mushrooms
- 2 cans of tuna (natural)
- 200ml cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chives to taste
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cups of water
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- In a pan, place the olive oil, whole garlic cloves (unpeeled) and bay leaves. Add the jasmine rice and let it fry for 1 minute. Cover with hot water and season with a pinch of salt. Let the rice cook for about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a frying pan, add the olive oil and onion in half-moons. Add the sliced mushrooms and let them sauté.
- Add the cream, ketchup, soy sauce, paprika and garlic powder. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add the tuna (drained) and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with chopped chives.e.
