Tuna and mushroom stroganoff and Jasmine Rice

ingredients

Arroz ORIENTE Longo Extra
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 300g sliced ​​white mushrooms
  • 2 cans of tuna (natural)
  • 200ml cooking cream
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 cups of water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a pan, place the olive oil, whole garlic cloves (unpeeled) and bay leaves. Add the jasmine rice and let it fry for 1 minute. Cover with hot water and season with a pinch of salt. Let the rice cook for about 12 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, add the olive oil and onion in half-moons. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and let them sauté.
  3. Add the cream, ketchup, soy sauce, paprika and garlic powder. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the tuna (drained) and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve with chopped chives.e.
