1 cup of ORIENTE Longo Extra rice (270g, raw weight)
2 cups of hot water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
15 fish stick
Preparation
In a pan place the chopped onion to sauté with the oil. Immediately add the diced carrots and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add the rice and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, turn the oven to 180ºC. Arrange the douradinhos on a tray (add a drizzle of oil if you wish) and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Add the hot water and salt to the rice. Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Then add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
