  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 150g chopped tomato
  • 1/2 chicken breast
  • 250g of veal
  • 1/4 beef chorizo
  • 1/2 chilli (no seeds)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

  1. In a pan put a drizzle of olive oil, chopped garlic and onion. Then add the wine, tomato and seasonings (salt, pepper, bay leaf and chopped chilli).
  2. Grind the meats (already cooked) and chorizo ​​in a mincer. Add to the pot with tomato and let it cook for 5 – 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the rice in 2 cups of hot water. Let it cook on low heat for 8 minutes, or until the rice has absorbed most of the heat.

  4. Place half the rice on a platter, place the minced meat on top of the rice and finally another layer of rice.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 215ºC for about 15 minutes or until the rice starts to brown.
