ingredients

Base:
- 300g Oriente Jasmin rice (already cooked)
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon (heaping) yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Topping:
- 1/4 cup of tomato puree
- 3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 buffalo burrata cheese (125g)
- 3-4 slices of ham
- 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate
- arugula to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a bowl mix the cooked Jasmine rice with the water, egg, oil, yeast, salt and chili. Mix everything very well with the magic wand or in the blender.
- Pour this dough into a round glass dish with parchment paper on the bottom.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cover with tomato puree, mozzarella cheese and burrata.
- Bake at 200ºC for another 15 minutes.
- When out of the oven serve the pizza with ham, arugula, pine nuts and pomegranate.
