Pizza with jasmine rice base

Ingredients
Base:
300g Oriente Jasmin rice (already cooked)
1/4 cup of water
1 egg
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon (heaping) yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Topping:
1/4 cup of tomato puree
3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
1 buffalo burrata cheese (125g)
3-4 slices of ham
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
2 tablespoons pomegranate
arugula to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl mix the cooked Jasmine rice with the water, egg, oil, yeast, salt and chili. Mix everything very well with the magic wand or in the blender.
Pour this dough into a round glass dish with parchment paper on the bottom.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cover with tomato puree, mozzarella cheese and burrata.
Bake at 200ºC for another 15 minutes.
When out of the oven serve the pizza with ham, arugula, pine nuts and pomegranate.
