Pancakes with Extra Long Rice Flour

Ingredients
150g extra long rice (raw)
1 egg
120 ml of milk (or vegetable drink)
1 tablespoon honey (12g)
1 teaspoon yeast
1 pinch of cinnamon
Butter (optional)
Toppings:
Banana, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
Preparation
In a kitchen robot (or chopper) grind the rice until you get a fine flour.
Mix all ingredients and stir with a wire rod.
In a non-stick frying pan, place a little butter (1/2 teaspoon) and spread with absorbent paper.
With a ladle, pour the pancake batter into the skillet forming circles. leave cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
Use the fruits to transform the pancakes into animals.
