Pancakes with Extra Long Rice Flour

Ingredients

Agulha Pampa - Arroz Oriente
  • 150g extra long rice (raw)
  • 1 egg
  • 120 ml of milk (or vegetable drink)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (12g)
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Butter (optional)

Toppings:

  • Banana, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries

Preparation

  1. In a kitchen robot (or chopper) grind the rice until you get a fine flour.
  2. Mix all ingredients and stir with a wire rod.
  3. In a non-stick frying pan, place a little butter (1/2 teaspoon) and spread with absorbent paper.
  4. With a ladle, pour the pancake batter into the skillet forming circles. leave cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Use the fruits to transform the pancakes into animals.
