Oriente Long Grain clam rice

Ingredients
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 cup of Oriente Long Grain rice
2 + 1/2 cups of seafood broth
500g of white clams
1 pinch of salt
To serve:
Coriander (or parsley)
Lemon
Preparation
In a pan put the chopped onion with the oil. Then add the peppers cut into cubes.
Add the rice, broth and a pinch of salt. Cover and let it cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Finally, add the clams to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve the clam rice with chopped coriander and lemon.
