In a pan put the olive oil and basmati rice, let it fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of hot water, salt and a lemon peel. Let it cook for about 10 minutes. Book until the rice is completely cold.
Cut the pineapple into cubes, the cucumber into slices and the avocado into slices.

In a bowl, arrange the basmati rice with the vegetables and smoked salmon. Water everything with the sauce and finish with sesame seeds.
