Oriente Basmati Brown Rice with asparagus with sea bass

Arroz ORIENTE Longo Extra
  • 2 fresh sea bass fillets (240g)
  • 250g of asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup Brown Basmati Rice
  • Salt (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Start by cutting the asparagus into pieces. Place in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Let it sauté over high heat for about 3 minutes. Reserve.
  2. Place a square of parchment paper on a non-stick frying pan. about the paper vegetable put a drizzle of olive oil and the sea bass fillets. Season with salt. Let the sea bass fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
  3. In a saucepan, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil. Add the chopped garlic.
  4. Add the rice and 1 + 1/2 cups of hot water. Season with salt and let it cook for 12-14 minutes.
  5. Add the asparagus to the rice and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the asparagus rice with the sea bass fillets.
