ingredients

- 2 fresh sea bass fillets (240g)
- 250g of asparagus
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3/4 cup Brown Basmati Rice
- Salt (to taste)
Preparation
- Start by cutting the asparagus into pieces. Place in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Let it sauté over high heat for about 3 minutes. Reserve.
- Place a square of parchment paper on a non-stick frying pan. about the paper vegetable put a drizzle of olive oil and the sea bass fillets. Season with salt. Let the sea bass fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
- In a saucepan, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil. Add the chopped garlic.
- Add the rice and 1 + 1/2 cups of hot water. Season with salt and let it cook for 12-14 minutes.
- Add the asparagus to the rice and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the asparagus rice with the sea bass fillets.
