Nasi Goreng

Arroz ORIENTE Basmati
  • 2 turkey steaks
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 chilli
  • 1/2 leek
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 broccoli cabbage (small)
  • 1 cup of ORIENTE rice
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1/4 dessert spoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of cashews
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • Chives (to taste)

Preparation

  1. In a pan put the oil, chopped garlic and chopped chilli. Then add the leeks cut into slices and the red pepper cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and put them in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain and also add the broccoli to the pan with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Add rice, soy sauce and salt. Let it fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add 1 + 1/2 cup of hot water (if you wish, you can add the water used to cook the broccoli). Let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small frying pan, brown the cashews (2-3 minutes).
    Reserve.
  5. Separately, place the turkey steaks on the grill and fry the eggs. Cut the steaks into strips.
  6. Serve the rice with toasted cashews, sesame seeds, chopped chives, turkey strips and egg.
