To serve:
1 small broccoli cabbage
2 tablespoons chives (chopped)
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Preparation
In a pan put the oil, ginger, garlic and cumin. Let it fry for about 2 minutes and then add the rice. After 2-3 minutes add 2 cups of hot water and the salt. Cover and let the rice cook for 10 minutes.
Cut the seitan into cubes. Add the cornstarch, a pinch of salt and pepper to the seitan. Shake well.
In a non-stick frying pan, put a drizzle of oil and the seitan. Let it fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add the garlic, sugar, soy sauce and lime juice. Stir well and let it cook for a few more minutes.
Serve the ginger and cumin rice with the seitan and cooked broccoli. Finish with chopped chives and sesame seeds.
