- 1 + 1/2 cup Extra Long East Rice (already cooked)
- 1 cucumber
- 8 radishes
- 1/2 lettuce
- 3 cans of natural tuna
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
Sauce:
- 1 natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pf fine salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
Preparation
- Start by preparing the ingredients for the salad. Cut the cucumber and radishes into slices. Wash the lettuce leaves well. Drain the excess water from the tuna cans and
- cut the avocado into slices.
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the yogurt sauce. Taste and adjust flavors to taste (you can add a teaspoon of honey to the sauce if you wish). - Serve the leftover rice with the remaining salad ingredients and yogurt sauce. Finish with chia seeds (optional).
