Start by preparing the ingredients for the salad. Cut the cucumber and radishes into slices. Wash the lettuce leaves well. Drain the excess water from the tuna cans and cut the avocado into slices.
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the yogurt sauce. Taste and adjust flavors to taste (you can add a teaspoon of honey to the sauce if you wish).
Serve the leftover rice with the remaining salad ingredients and yogurt sauce. Finish with chia seeds (optional).
