Candied Fruit Rice and Crispy Crust Fish

Arroz ORIENTE Longo Extra
  • 1 onion (60g)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup of Oriente rice (260g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup candied fruit (110g)
  • 3 hake medallions
  • Bread (155g)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon (small)
  • black pepper q.b.
  • Fresh thyme q.b.
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Season the fish with the juice of 1/2 lemon and salt and pepper to taste. Place the grill in a frying pan for about 5 minutes.
