In a pan, place the rice with hot water. Let it cook over low heat for about 8 minutes.
Add the vegetable drink, sugar and spices (cinnamon stick, anise and vanilla). Let cook until the rice absorbs almost all the liquid (another 15-20 minutes)
Using a hand blender, lightly grind the rice porridge. Add the orange zest and mix with the remaining ingredients.
Serve with pomegranate seeds and roughly chopped hazelnuts.
