- 3/4 cup of Oriente Long Grain Rice (140g)
- 600ml of almond drink (or milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Toppings:
- 1/2 mango
- blueberries
- zest of 1 orange
- 2 teaspoons of honey (or maple syrup)
Preparation
- In a small pot mix the rice with the vegetable drink (or milk), vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Let the rice cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Divide the rice porridge between two bowls. Add mango cubes, blueberries, orange zest and a generous drizzle of honey.
