On a platter, place the turkey breast with a generous drizzle of olive oil. Squeeze the juice of the oranges over the turkey and place the oranges on the platter as well. Add garlic cloves, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. Occasionally remove from the oven and drizzle the turkey with the orange juice.
