Oriente Parboiled rice with green beans and salmon

ingredients

Arroz ORIENTE Longo Extra
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of Parboiled Oriente rice
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 2 pieces of salmon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 100g of green beans

Preparation

  1. Start by preparing the rice. In a pot put the oil and steamed rice. Let it fry for 2 minutes and then add hot water and salt. Leave on low heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Season the salmon with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Heat a frying pan with the butter. Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Reserve.
  4. Wash the beans and cut the pods in half lengthwise. Place in a bowl, cover with boiling water and leave for about 5 minutes. Drain the water.
  5. In a skillet put the olive oil and minced garlic. Shortly after add the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the rice with salmon and green beans.
