Start by preparing the rice. In a pot put the oil and steamed rice. Let it fry for 2 minutes and then add hot water and salt. Leave on low heat for 15 minutes.
Season the salmon with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper.
Heat a frying pan with the butter. Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Reserve.
Wash the beans and cut the pods in half lengthwise. Place in a bowl, cover with boiling water and leave for about 5 minutes. Drain the water.
In a skillet put the olive oil and minced garlic. Shortly after add the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes.
