- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 large carrot
- 3/4 cup brown basmati rice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 hamburgers
- Vegetables to taste (cucumber, olives, red pepper)
Preparation
- Start by frying the burgers in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- In a saucepan, place the olive oil and chopped onion.
- Add the grated carrot and let it braise. Then add the Brown Basmati Rice.
- Cover the rice with 1 + 1/2 cup of hot water and a pinch of salt.
- Cover and cook for about 18 minutes over low heat.
- Transfer the burger to a plate and arrange the carrot rice around it. add cucumber slices and olive halves for eye shapes. Finish with pepper red to draw a mouth.
